01 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "fenci win", "platform" or "we" refers to the company operating fenci win and its associated services. "Member" or "you" refers to any person registered on this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to the fenci win website, mobile application and all related digital services. Accessing, browsing or creating an account on the platform means you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on fenci win, a member must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be truthful. fenci win reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and the related balances and bonuses may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may operate separate accounts, but they must use their own devices and separate payment methods.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fenci win may request identity documents and other paperwork at any time. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily put on hold if the required KYC is not completed. Verification can be completed by submitting a clear copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.

03 Age and Eligibility Requirements

fenci win is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. Opening an account under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Minors are not permitted to use the platform, and if such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately.

Each member must confirm that online betting and casino gaming is permitted for them in the geographic location from which they are accessing the service. The full responsibility for complying with local laws and regulations rests with the member.

04 Account Security

4.1 Password and Login Details

Keeping account login details confidential is the member's own responsibility. Members are strictly instructed not to share their username and password with any third party. If someone gains unauthorised access to your account or you notice any suspicious activity, notify the fenci win support team immediately.

4.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

No member may transfer their account, balance or bonuses to anyone else. Placing bets or playing games on behalf of a third party is also prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be permanently closed.

4.3 OTP and Two-Factor Verification

fenci win uses OTP verification during login and important transactions. Do not share the OTP code sent to your registered mobile number with anyone under any circumstances. fenci win will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The accepted deposit methods on fenci win are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods may be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in the member's own name and has been verified. Requests to withdraw directly to a third party's account will not be accepted. Any funds earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on fenci win are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate and any associated charges will be determined by the relevant payment service provider.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

fenci win offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Claiming this bonus requires the bonus amount to be wagered 15 times — for example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing funds from the bonus.

6.2 Other Promotions

fenci win runs various promotions for regular members, including weekly reloads, slot festivals, cricket season rewards, birthday special rewards and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and rules, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

It is strictly prohibited to attempt to meet wagering requirements through specific strategies exploiting bonus benefits, to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, or to use bonuses in any fraudulent manner. In such cases, fenci win reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any earned balance.

6.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

fenci win reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Changed terms will not apply to bonuses that have already been claimed and partially wagered.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the member's own responsibility to verify all details before confirming each bet. If a bet is confirmed at an incorrect value or amount due to a technical error, fenci win reserves the right to cancel it.

7.2 Odds and Results

The result officially announced on the field will be considered final. If an unusual situation arises in a cricket or football match (rain interruption, match abandonment, over revision, etc.), the outcome of bets will be determined according to standard betting rules. In the case of disputed results, fenci win's decision is final.

7.3 Technical Issues

Rounds or bets left incomplete due to server downtime, network disruption or game software errors will be settled in accordance with fenci win's policy. In such cases, the game provider's log records will be the basis for the final decision.

7.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum cashable amount from a single bet or game session is subject to a set limit. This limit may vary by game type, and additional verification procedures will apply for large wins.

08 Prohibited Activities

If a member is found to be involved in any of the following activities, their account will be closed immediately:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, macros or automated methods in any game.
• Placing bets using prior knowledge of match fixing or predetermined results.
• Using another member's account or information.
• Attempting to process money laundering or funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit the platform's security systems or software vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or threatening another member.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Accessing the service from a country or region where such services are prohibited.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by fenci win

fenci win may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal obligations. If a legitimate balance exists, it will be returned after investigation; however, bonuses and related balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account themselves may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining legitimate balance will be provided before the account closure request is processed.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

fenci win believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment, but they should never become a cause of financial hardship. Every member is advised to play within their means.

Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. The option to take a break or voluntarily restrict the account for a set period is also available.

11 Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content on the fenci win platform — logos, designs, software, databases, graphics and written material — is protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing or using any part of this material for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others) is subject to their own intellectual property rights. Games from all these studios are displayed with their support, but fenci win makes no claim of any formal partnership with them.

12 Limitation of Liability

fenci win strives to provide uninterrupted service, but does not accept liability if the platform becomes temporarily inaccessible due to technical issues, maintenance work or disruption of third-party services.

If a bet or game session cannot be completed due to a problem with the member's own device, internet connection or local network, the responsibility lies with the member. fenci win will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Full responsibility for any personal financial decisions made while using this platform rests with the member. fenci win does not guarantee any winnings.

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Initial Complaint

If you have a concern about any matter, first contact the fenci win support team via 24-hour live chat or email. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English.

13.2 Formal Complaint

If a complaint cannot be resolved through live chat, a written complaint can be submitted by email. fenci win will communicate a decision within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint. This decision will be considered final for both parties.

13.3 Disputes Over Game Results

In the event of a dispute over the result of any game or bet, the game provider's server logs and fenci win's records will be treated as final evidence. If there is clear evidence of a technical error, a correction will be made in favour of the member.
